Annual Reviews
- When does this procedure need to be done?
Every year. (Information about the initial review)
A positive assessment is essential to continue on the programme.
Subsequent Reviews
- Documentation to submit:
- A report written on the progress of the research, signed by the thesis supervisor(s).
- GREC CV (full version in CVN format).
- Certificates for all activities undertaken within the framework of the PhD shown in GREC. The following activities must be accredited with certificates: cross-cutting and specific PhD programme activities, attendance at conferences, seminars, overseas stays, etc.
In the event of a negative assessment, which must be duly justified, the PhD student must be reviewed again within six months. Where a negative assessment occurs again, the PhD student must be definitively withdrawn from the programme.
