Changing the Thesis Supervisor

• When does this procedure need to be done?
  At any time before depositing the thesis, as long as there is no review pending resolution or where the annual review process has been 'opened' on the postgraduate platform or during the period between a suspended review and re-taking it.
• Documentation to submit:
  
  1. Document written and signed by the current supervisor(s) accepting co-supervision with a new supervisor.
  2. Document written and signed by the new supervisor accepting co-supervision with the previous supervisor(s).
  3. Document written and signed by the current supervisor(s) resigning co-supervision of the thesis.
• This is an online procedure via the application: <https://postgrau.uib.es>.

Changing the Thesis Tutor

• When does this procedure need to be done?
  At any time before depositing the thesis, as long as there is no review pending resolution or where the annual review process has been 'opened' on the postgraduate platform or during the period between a suspended review and re-taking it.
• Documentation to submit:
  1. Document written and signed by the current tutor withdrawing from thesis tutoring.
  2. Document written and signed by the new tutor accepting the thesis tutoring.
• This is an online procedure via the application: <https://postgrau.uib.es>.

Mediation request or complaint about the thesis tutor and/or the thesis supervisor

Now you can contact the EDUIB Management directly to request help in resolving any conflicts with your thesis tutor or supervisor. You can request mediation to resolve the issue or conflict, or you may file a complaint or notify us of any specific problem.
